So I read on the internets that you can wax your cheese using nothing but candlewax and crayons. 
Lucily I had some wax laying around from an earlier project.

DIY Interlude: Build a Cheese Press from Pasta Pots

OK so the last press didn't work so well. I was thinking that this time, I would get something round, say two plastic pasta sauce containers that fit in one another. Drill them out, and slap them in a vice.

It turns out that cheese presses are pricey things, OK, so I found a £36 one on ebay, but I'm too impatient, so I decided to buy something to build one. How hard can it be?
